The products must be unused, unwashed, with all tickets, tags and protective shields attached, in the condition in which they were received and in the original box and/or packaging.
The product must be shipped by the customer to the address indicated by MALI THE BRAND (shipping costs will not be refunded and are borne by the customer).
Previously, we will be grateful if you inform us of the reasons for the exchange. Any comments will always help us to improve. This form will be sent to you once you write to malithebrandbikini@gmail.com indicating that you wish to exchange.
For returns: MALI THE BRAND will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Any merchandise in poor condition will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
A flexible exchange policy is in place, but no refunds are issued.
Exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanged items will not be shipped until the returned item is received and approved for exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. The exchange will proceed only after having an express confirmation by mail.
In the event that an item you requested for an exchange is not received, we will notify you of the possible delay by email. We will also contact you by email if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are unable to fulfill your request.
At the time of exchange, remember to deliver the packaging to the Courier completely sealed and packed, just as you received it.
